The Maelstrom Team is a rapid response team hailing from the 303rd Marines in Agurts. Its members are handpicked from seasoned veterans who served in the army for more than seven years.
Heavily invested in by the Sonceto elite, these mechanized infantry units are equipped with advanced gear from the NAUS which greatly enhances survivability and assault capacity.
The Hunter soldiers are combatants of the Rapid Response Group of the Marine Corps in Agusdi, who are selected from more than seven years of service and experienced veterans.
This mechanized infantry unit is a new force cultivated by the high level of the NAUS military, which has purchased a large number of new equipment from NAUS to further improve the viability and assault capability of the man-soldier.

A detective of Security District 28, Hiro was murdered while pursuing a particularly sensitive case. In a bid to find the murderer, the famed private security agency UD6 Security Co. offered to have their chief researcher Dr. Nizan implement her Witness Rebirth Program, which could restore the last memory in the deceased’s brain. However, this proposal was rejected by the Enforcement Department of District 28.
Thus, UD6 Security Co. secretly obtained Hiro’s brain and connected it to Dr. Nizan’s technology. Miraculously, Hiro’s brain not only showed evidence that his police partner was present at his death, it also resurrected his consciousness and boosted it to paranormal heights, enabling him to control electric currents up to ten meters away. Keen to track down his murderer, Hiro agreed for the security company to install his brain into a mechanical combat model powered by PT batteries. Since then, he paired up with the wine-loving Detective Smith to solve criminal mysteries once more.
弘原隸屬28區警區政府探員，獨自調查一宗案件過程中被殺謀。UD6治安公司為提高破案業績，提出把旗下女法醫尼繆 開發腦部潛能研究改為”再生證人計劃”——可將被害者腦部存下的最後訊息恢復，藉此收集數據找到兇手，但這個計劃沒有得到28區警區同意。
所以治安公司秘密偷走弘的腦部 。當弘的腦部被維生系統激活後，不但恢復死前最後的畫面片段是和同警區探員一起，竟然還保持者自我意識,而且能夠控制十米之內的電流流動。為了找到殺死自己的幕後兇手, 弘與治安公司進行契約交易，裝上由治安公司購入的PT電池供能的戰鬥軀體，從此成為了整天爛醉如泥史密斯偵探的拍檔。

As his body dissolved to ashes alongside the trash, his aggrieved soul did not pass on to the underworld. Instead, the anger and hatred of his wronged spirit swelled to paranormal heights and merged into a nearby bio-electronic robot.
After discovering that his conscience could jump into different machines, he tried out several new bodies before finally settling on a powerful AR series bio-electronic robot as the resting place for his soul. He quickly mastered his new body and embarked on the road of revenge. Yet after he slaughtered the gang who executed him, he realized that revenge could never truly soothe the infinite emptiness of his purgatory existence.
