1:6 and 1:24 Scale News and Rumors G.I.Joe ThreeZero

THREEZERO REVEALS PROMO IMAGE FOR FIGZERO ONE SIXTH SCALE Storm Shadow FIGURE

Last month, ThreeZeroHK revealed their upcoming FigZero 1:6 Scale G.I.Joe Snake Eyes figure. We knew it wouldn’t be long before his sword brother, Storm Shadow, would follow suit.

Well, my friends, that time is now. Check out the coming 1:6 scale Cobra Ninja, Storm Shadow!

The FigZero series includes primarily 1/6 scale action figures. A highly poseable body with exquisite, multimedia outfit and accessories in detailed paint application are utilized to recreate the vivid look of each individual character. Under an relatively affordable price, FigZero also provides collectable-level quality and a new opportunity for anime fans to upgrade their collections.

Looks great! But just let me catch my breath a bit first (at least wait till I got my Snake Eyes in hands) and wait a bit with the pre-orders. 😉

    • Agreed! I wonder if that rubberized body will hinder movement on both he & SE?

Mmmm… I don’t think it will hinder movement, but my problem with the rubberized body is that it has a tendency to crack if you put the angles (of the elbows for example) too sharp. I had that happen with my Hot Toys Resident Evil Sheva. I put the elbows in a L-form to hold the shotgun, but noticed that one inner elbow started showing some very minor cracks after a couple of years. So, I changed the position and applied some rubber/plastic protector to it. But still, this shouldn’t happen. It’s not like the position was exaggerated or anything. I’ve to admit it was marked in the manual though. But if you can’t put these figures in a realistic position, what’s the point. Now, this might be less of an issue with male figures (my Leon never had the issue) as their arms are usually a lot thicker. But I would be cautious putting the arm in a position like the left arm on the picture. That simply puts a lot of stress on it and I think there’s a big chance it might crack over time… The rubberized body looks a lot more realistic, but it has it’s downsides… and it’s a pain to clean as well. 😉

      • You know, you’ve hit every nail on the head in terms of what I was going to ask – Can the body be cleaned? I’m sure that rubber is going to get a bit “funky” smelling, especially here where I am (swamp city, FL).
