| G.I. Joe 1983 Case BARN FIND, Vehicle Drivers For Promotional USE 192 FIGURES. Condition is New. So here’s the story… From what I can tell in January 1984 Hasbro took all of the 1982-83 branded vehicle drivers, CLUTCH, FLASH, GRAND SLAM, and package them in mail alway style bags. Probably to be given away as promotional items. About 10 years ago I found a bunch of these loose and posted them on eBay for sale. The collectors were surprised to see these figures in this packaging and the lot that I had was wiped out.The file cards are shown below and say 1984 but to my knowledge these were not available for the public because they are stamped NOT FOR RESALE. I have recently discovered an entire case complete and don’t want to break it up. FLASH and GRAND SLAM come with helmet and visor wear CLUTCH comes with helmet only.
