Heads up! In case you missed it, Carson from 3DJoes.com shared word that he has obtained a complete 1984 Tyco G.I.Joe Electric Trucking Set! Included in the set is the fantastic, yet awkward artwork highlighted here. Check it out –

Did you know there was a second cardboard Cobra base? It’s true! The 1984 Tyco G.I.Joe Electric Trucking set included a hastily drawn Cobra base, and an even more quickly compiled G.I.Joe base, both made of what Kirk Bozigian would probably call “Battle Action Cardboard.”
These sets are very hard to find complete, as the cardboard is even thinner than the 1982 Cobra Missile Command Headquarters.
I searched eBay for years, acquiring a couple incomplete, used sets before finally coming across the one with the unpunched sheets seen in the comments.
Yo Joe!

I love seeing pieces like this as it’s an instant shot of nostalgia. My thanks as always go out to Carson for the tremendous job that he’s done in keeping G.I.Joe front and center throughout the years.
What are your thoughts on this old electric classic?
