At NYCC 2018, Kotobukiya revealed artwork for their G.I.Joe Lady Jaye statue. Roughly one year later, this past November, Kotobukiya announced a preorder for this highly anticipated entry in to their Bishoujo line.
That brings us to present day – Not only do we have an ETA for Lady Jaye (Summer 2020), but we also get to see the updates made to the statue, namely the darkening of her hair. Check it out –
Lady Jaye marks the 3rd release in the G.I.Joe Bishoujo series line. With Scarlett and Baroness receiving repaints, one has to wonder if we’ll see a repaint of Lady Jaye – Perhaps in her 97 color scheme? Maybe a Canary Ann homage? Time will tell.
