It’s the final countdown for the G.I.JOE: Flashback Kickstarter Campaign! With just under 3 full days left to go, it’s now or never for a film that dares to explore what happened to core G.I.Joe characters during their tour in Vietnam. As of the time of this post, the campaign is at just under 13% funding, having secured $3,751 of its $29,000 goal.
Now, how do you make a great film? You stick a keen eye behind the lens. As such, Mr. David Speck is now the man behind the Cinematography for the film. David won the Emerging Cinematographer Award presented by the International Cinematographers Guild in 2009. Check out his IMDb page here – David Speck IMDb
David isn’t the only top shelf team member to be added! Alongside David comes experienced film maker, Mr. Jeff Stepp!
Gaffer Jeff Stepp is a producer/cinematographer who has traveled coast to coast producing and shooting films, commercials, and reality TV shows for the last 15 years for networks including History Channel, Discovery Channel, CBS, Spike TV and CMT (Country Music Television). Stepp is a 2002 graduate of University of North Carolina School of the Arts Cinematography program.
It may be a long shot, but there’s still a chance! You can help bring this campaign to life by getting your pledge in here: G.I.JOE: Flashback
