Tom Waltz shares Retailer Incentive Cover for Snake Eyes One Shot

It was just this past Friday when Mr. Tom Waltz shared more Sneak Peeks at upcoming IDW G.I.Joe Comic Covers. One of those peeks was at a gorgeous inked cover featured Dawn Moreno in action.
