The wait is over, my friends! The team from Zombie Lab has confirmed that Kickstarter Rewards are now being shipped! Here’s the scoop –
Some Backers have already received their “Ready to Ship” status notification. The team believes it’ll take about 2 weeks to get all rewards out. In terms of shipping, here’s a breakdown of how to expect your Zombie Lab Schwag:
- ALL IN backers in U.S.A: DHL
- Non ALL IN backers in USA: USPS tracking delivery
- Backers in other countries: Speed Post(EMS) / DHL (depends) / Air Mail with tracking
First and foremost, safety is the most important factor which was considered as priority for international shipping. Secondly was the handling of large scale door to door parcels.
DHL can provide a better tracking service than EMS. In fact, DHL may not provide a good local delivery service to fulfill everyone. Also DHL can report to sender (Locker Toys) directly.
For U.S.A. Non ALL IN backers:
USPS can provide significant service in local which can balance the cost and time.
Backers in other countries:
We have considered about different delivery situation in different countries.
