Thanks to my friends from Just Another G.I.Joe Show for the heads up on an article that sources back to the New York Post. Yesterday, the post shared an article noting that Hasbro is moving its production from China in response to a 25 percent tariff placed on $34 billion of Chinese imports.
From the NYP Article – The toymaker, which sources one-third of its products from China, will move to other parts of the world, Chief Executive Brian Goldner said during a conference call.
I’m sure we can expect to see Production moving to places like Vietnam, where other Hasbro offerings are produced. I’ll be sure to bring you more details on this story as they develop.
